Want to exchange or return a product? You can do that easily and quickly in three steps :-)

You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt and we will ensure that
the purchase price to your account within five working days after receipt of the return account.

Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: fill out the return form
Download the return form here and fill it out completely.

Step 2: send your order
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the
return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code.
As sender you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings.

Step 3: receive the purchase amount in your bank account
Once we have received the package, we make sure that the purchase amount
back into your bank account within five business days.
